Glitch City Museum is a planned major addition to Glitch City Laboratories. It is slated to be the "creative" arm of the otherwise encyclopedic-in-tone GCL.
The concept behind Museum
Glitch City Laboratories itself is a factual site, and always will be. However, there has been a growing trend towards the "creative" side of the glitch scene - people (self-identified as "glitchers") wrecking their games for fun and showing it off on sites such as YouTube. Abwayax realizes this and knows that data on 150 glitch Pokemon from Red and Blue versions won't be sufficient to hold the public's interest long enough. Therefore, Museum will be launched to satisfy this growing sector of the glitch scene.
What Museum is about
Museum will give members the ability to publish videos, artwork, and stories, kind of like a hybrid of YouTube and deviantART. It will probably be powered by Abwayaxboard extended with Abwayaxhibit, although it might be a SMF addon.
A private alpha of Museum will be revealed to Members Plus, Distinguished Members, and staff on August 2007. It will be unveiled to the public on January 2008.
