Just because it's Gamma City doesn't mean it's the capital. NYC isn't the capital of NY, is it? No, Albany is.
- And Texas City isn't the capital of Texas, so there. But Gamma City happens to be the only city (yet) in the G-Sphere. So for all intents and purposes, it's the capital. Abwayax
