JetRocket
JetRocket was second-in-command of the Legacy Heroes, and is now a secondary Legendary Hero.
Background
JetRocket was originally a villain. He used his rocket-boots to fly through the Underground City and break stuff. He claimed that the law was like a glass bottle - extremely rigid and easy to break.
He was SuperSpeed Man's arch nemesis at the time. But SuperSpeed Man caught JetRocket and persuaded him to turn to the good side. He then became SuperSpeed Man's sidekick, and for a while they were known as "SuperSpeed Man & JetRocket". When SuperSpeed Man founded the League of Heroes (now known as the Legacy Heroes), JetRocket became the second-in-command.
Appearance
JetRocket wears triangular glasses. He wears all black. His feet are outfitted with rocket boots, allowing him to travel in the air.
