Thaddeus von Krieg is a member of the Intergalactic Troubleshooters ("It") and a lead character in the Intergalactic Troubleshooters series.

Background

Thaddeus is the nephew of Lord Wolfgang von Krieg and has lived most of his life in the von Krieg domain. Lord von Krieg exiled Thaddeus to Earth in 1994 to prevent him from ever stealing the throne from him.

Although Thaddeus's aristocratic attitude separates him from the rest of the It, he is useful to the It because of his extensive knowledge of the Lords' politics and game-playing.

Thaddeus joined the It because he wanted to make himself known to more people and thus attempt to regain the notoriety he had had in the von Krieg domain.

Personality

Thaddeus is noble blood. He tends to shy away from manual work, but will fight if the need arises. He also tends to look down, albeit unconsciously, on those around him.

Because of his noble upbringing, Thaddeus is the member of the It least able to cope with hardship.

Relationships with the rest of It

Kommander Kickass

He finds Kickass's "kickass" act unconvincing and shallow. He often argues with Kickass.

Nez

He and Nez share a common interest in swordfighting. Thaddeus's technique is more refined than Nez's, however, Nez is more agile than Thaddeus. Thaddeus has difficulty coming to terms with the fact that Nez, a commoner, is his equal.
