No
No is the most useful word invented in the English language.
Genesis of No
No was invented when Pontius Pirate needed a single word to shout out to the authorities that meant "I'm disinclined to acquiesce to your request, capitalist pig dogs!". After playing with Scrabble tiles for ages, the letters 'n' and 'o' came together in perfect alignment and Pontius Pirate said... "Hmm... N..o... no! Brilliant, arr. Mateys, look at this new word I invented, yarr!".
Usage of No
No is the standard answer to questions such as the following
- Anything romantic
- A n00b wants to know how to type the word "hello".
- When you do not want people to ask you for stuff.
- When someone random asks you which color of sucker you want.
Opponents
People who oppose No believe that society should be more open. They believe that if you don't have a "yes" answer, you shouldn't have an answer at all. But these people are few and far in between, like Mac users.
