The Rebel Army was an organization of Ackphthys citizens during the 2050's that plotted to overthrow the then Ackphthian queen, Myrna the Marauderess. Unlike their allies, the Wisemen who share a similar goal, the Rebel Army attacks Myrna directly, instead of being secret. This has not been much of a success, and Aries, the king of Wisemen, just wants them to lay low to avoid capture.
