Death Nuke Plague
The Death Nuke Plague was a virus created by Dr. Mister Sr. to kill lots of people. The virus has an embedded microscopic nuke, spreads through contact with anything contaminated, and blows up its host (as well as everything within a bahmillion mile radius) within a day. The virus shows no side-effects, and is impossible to detect without sophisticated doctor technology.
Test Run
The Doctor unleashed this virus on Planet Kipoko Seven. Within a day or two, the planet's surface was cleared of every single thing.
Not the Test Run
The Doctor unleashed the virus on Gamma City later. Everyone died. However, Gammaman somehow procured a Scrollbar Continuum and was able to go back in time to stop the mad Doctor from releasing it on Earth.
