Planet Utoffu is home to some of the most powerful beings in the galaxy - namely Myrna the Marauderess and her friends.
Past government
Myrna was the queen of Utoffu ever since anyone remembered. It is possible, however, that there was someone before her - perhaps an ancestor.
Present government
The Utoffu bandit, previously wanted for defying the rule of Myrna, assumed control in 2073. Since then he has worked towards helping those disenfranchised by Myrna's reign.
