He has been reported, on rare occasion, to appear when getting the +e status on IRC. It is highly doubtful that this is a variation of Teh FACE, and might be some twin brother or something. It's is also extremely likely that this could merely be a personification of AIDS itself, who gets bored just waiting around not doing. Yes, merely not doing. Forget this anything, because that would make the statement false.
