The Legacy Heroes were the predecessors to the Legendary Heroes. Founded way back in the past by SuperSpeed Man, they were originally called the League of Heroes. They protected a (now nonexistant) land called "Mathmaticium", which was supposedly centered around maths. When everyone forgot about this place and started going to the Gammasphere, the Legendary Heroes were formed. The L-Heroes annexed the Legacy Heroes into their organization, because the more heroes, the less villains.
