CATS is a cosmic tyrant from A.D. 2101, who arrived on earth in A.D. 2005 after Myrna the Marauderess stole his power suit for her own diabolical purposes. He is most known for his famous all your base are belong to us speech he gave to the Captain in A.D. 2101.
Here and Now
CATS will never give up on trying to take over all our base, but is also friends with Nemesis and Ragnarok, as well as administrator of Baseclub, a forum that is almost inactive.
Fights
CATS has been in several fights:
- The fight against Myrna the Marauderess in A.D. 2005.
- A fight against Teh myrnaxx0r in A.D. 20X6
- Another fight against Myrna the Marauderess in A.D. 2060 (as his Neo Hero counterpart Stronger CATS)
- Several "base wars" with Nemesis

He was the baddest cat around, until Mr. T showed up.
According to T and other members of the T-Force, CATS tried to take over the world, then went home crying to his mama.
T called CATS "a crazy man seein' things that ain't there" and condemned him for "messin up my ride".
