Electric Bomb

Electric Bombs are balls of condensed electricity that are as small as Pocket Bombs. They float in the air and can only be thrown by those who can harness electricity. Some may even use static to move them, but it's risky. An Electric Bombs will break easily, so when it hits something it will explode into a giant ball of electricity with varying power and blast radius, depending on how much skills the person has at making them, and how long they shoot electricity into the floating ball. The radius is usually about 20-50 feet wide, and they are very dangerous.
