Utoffu

The Utoffu are a race of powerful humanoid aliens that live on Planet Utoffu. Some scientists believe that they are related to the Saiyans, due to the fact that they are the only other race in the galaxy as strong as the Utoffu (although they don't know it).

The Utoffu are generally warlike in nature, although some are peace-loving. Their former queen, Myrna the Marauderess, treated them kindly, in fact - much more kindly than she treated the people of Ackphthys, an island under her control.

When Myrna (in the form of Mechanicalmyrna) and her cabal were wiped off the planet in 2104, the Utoffu bandit, the leader of the anti-Myrnaic rebel forces, assumed control.
