Dr. Destructo

Dr. Destructo is Zowayix's arch nemesis. Not much is known about him, but his secret lair is in the Gamma City Hospital, and he has a PhD in kioplys. He also possesses an army of Black Pirate Not Mages, and is known to charge stupidly high amounts (eg. a bahmillion dollars) of monies for his medical services.
