Crystal Meow is a cat-like Legendary Villain who claims inventing and/or discovering everything from the wheel to automobiles to gravity to nukes to hydraulic pumps. He also sometimes attacks Nobel Prize] winners who actually develop such things, in order to silence them.

Battle with Gammaman

At a Nobel Peace Prize ceremony celebrating the guy who invented the nuke, Crystal Meow attacked, claiming that he was a fraud and that he invented the nuke. Everyone was like "WTF" until Gammaman came in and beat the shit out of him.
