Turoikano
Turoikano is an elite swordsman and evil mastermind.
In the Past - Rivalry with Ragnarok
Ragnarok does not consider him a true enemy, instead he is his arch-rival since childhood. His sword, Aquaru, almost killed Ragnarok with a stab at the heart.
Here and Now
Turoikano is now plotting with his partner Kanashi towards world domination.
Abilities
He is an elite swordsman. Apart from Utoffu Elite Guard captain Amber the Assassinator and Ragnarok, he may well be regarded as the finest swordsman in the Gammasphere. He wields Aquaru with considerable power.

Fragile Alliances
In the past, Turoikano and Kanashi have been forced to make pacts with the likes of Nemesis and Ragnarok in order to Face much more powerful foes, such as Megamitzimyrna. They only do this when it is in their best interests, however.
Fights
Turoikano has fought in all three major Ackphthian Wars. However, as described in Fragile Alliances, he (regrettably) fought on the Defenders' side during 2070. This does not change the fact that he's still a villain, however.
Defeat
Turoikano has not been defeated, despite numerous attempts by Nemesis, Ragnarok, Myrna the Marauderess, and others.
