Neapolitan Bonaparte, King of All Ice Creams and Frozen Confectionary Treats, is the owner of all the ice cream companies in the Gammasphere, as well as the biggest fan of ice cream.
Allegiance with Legendary Heroes
Neapolitan is known to supply Gammaman and his band of Heroes with free ice cream to aid in their anti-villainy efforts. He is also somewhat of a hero himself, fighting off his arch-rival The Sun King and his minions.
Bathtub
It is unknown if he has ice cream in his bathtub, although he probably does.
