Ackphthys

Ackphthys is an island located in the middle of the Topographic Ocean. It is in fact the only mass of land in said ocean, and as a result is usually where most portals to the Topographic Ocean lead.

Ackphthys - A Glance

• The town of Tempus Fugit, which sits to the south of the Myrnaic Palace, is Ackphthys' most vibrant town. A Big Generator is located within Tempus Fugit. The Generator was once used to power the Myrnaic Palace, but has since then been used for more constructive purposes.
• The Gates of Delirium surround the Myrnaic Palace.
• A moat of you-knows-what surrounds said Gates.
• The Myrnaic Palace, which juts out sharply at the sky, creates a terrifying and awesome visage. Even after Myrna the Marauderess was vanquished, the palace kept its name, in honor of her.

Ackphthian History - A Primer

Ackphthys' history is full of wars, conquerers, and overthrowers.

• Myrna the Marauderess was the ruler of Ackphthys from the beginning of time to 2060, when the Wisemen, Neo Heroes, and Larissa the Liberator overthrew her.
• After then, despite efforts by the Wisemen to create a Democratic government, The Rachel, daughter of Aries and Athena, immediately usurped the throne.
• An effort by the Cult of Myrna to bring back their former leader failed miserably, as it was quashed by the Rachel. Immediately after that, the Wisemen, Heroes, and Larissa defeated both the Rachel and the Cult.
