The United States of Nooooooooooo is basically the United States of America. In the FUTURE. It posesses the Least Nukes out of all the countries (except the United Kingdom of Nooooooooooo), because it's full of "Anti-Mass Destruction Hippies". This does not please the Governmental Warmonger, however.
