Preeminent Colonial Man is the preeminent form of Colonial Man.
Appearance
In appearance, Preeminent Colonial Man looks very much like his non-preeminent counterpart, however he has two distinct features:
Will of Steel
Preeminent Colonial Man has a will of steel. This means that he is very determined, optimistic, stalwart, and quick to defend his beliefs. It shows on his face and posture; while regular Colonial Man is always laughing and having a good time, Preeminent Colonial Man always has the same diligent look on his face, and a very military posture.
Gun
Preeminent Colonial Man carries a Revolutionary-era rifle. He is a very accomplished marksman, and was in fact a very important character in the Revolutionary War - even more important than Benedict Arnold.
Beliefs
Preeminent Colonial Man is much more patriotic than regular Colonial Man. He gets very pissed off at people who use British English, such as "-ise" endings instead of "-ize", "honour, colour, defence" instead of "honor, color, defense", forgetting to put a period after "Mr./Mrs./Dr./St.", or treating the names of groups as plural (i.e. "IzzConNet are very secretive"). It is said that he has not hesitated to threaten people with his rifle for wearing colors other than the American red, blue, and white (he sees solid red as Communist). He is fiercely against illegal immigration. In addition, he is the arch-nemesis of Comrade Andrew the Wicked.
Accomplishments and Honors
As stated before, Preeminent Colonial Man was a Revolutionary War hero. He has several statues built in his honor.
In the FUTURE
In the FUTURE, Preeminent Colonial Man is the Secretary of Defense under the Governmental Warmonger's regime, and grows wary of the increasing power of Chthonia and the Soviet Union. Calling for the government to officially adopt Unrestricted Nuclear Warfare, he supports More Nukes and opposes the "Anti-Mass Destruction Hippies", however the United States of Nooooooooooo still does not build enough Nukes to maintain a "superpower" status. As a result, although he led the USN armies vigilantly in World War 3, he was unable to defeat the Chthonian Alliance.
Misc
Like Preeminent Izwzyzx, Preeminent Colonial Man is able to so command. He so commanded troops in the Revolutionary War under the leadership of Washington.
